Approach

Run on receipts,
not memory.

Most business decisions are made from summaries of summaries. Our entire method is removing the distance between the decision and the source data — then automating what should never have been manual.

The operating principles

Every engagement has a truth file.

Every decision on your account — every budget change, every approval, every kill — is logged the day it happens: the date, the decider, and the actual words. When anyone asks "why did we do X," the answer takes minutes and ends the debate. Both sides protected, always.

Numbers are pulled, never remembered.

Anything we report is recomputed from the source system — the ad platform, the CRM, the payment processor — at the moment of reporting. If we can't pull it fresh, we don't say it. You can check any figure we give you against your own systems, and it will hold.

Kill rules are set before money moves.

Every campaign launches with pre-agreed thresholds: at X spend with Y result, it dies or scales — decided in advance, on paper, so nobody negotiates with sunk costs. We publish our own kills on our own account. Discipline is only real if it's visible.

Honest ceilings beat inflated promises.

Before we commit to a number, we size the actual demand — how many buyers exist, what share is winnable, what it costs. If the math says your goal needs more than one channel can produce, we tell you that on day one, with the plan for where the rest comes from.

Every lesson becomes infrastructure.

When something breaks, gets caught, or gets corrected — by us, by you, by your team's experts — the fix is encoded into the system the same day, permanently. Advice you give us once becomes machinery that applies it every day after. Nothing gets re-learned.

What an engagement looks like

1

Audit & ground truth

We pull your real numbers from source, map the current system, and establish the baseline — including what we can't verify, stated as such.

2

Build the machine

Acquisition, tracking, follow-up, and reporting built as one connected system, with the monitoring layer watching it from day one.

3

Operate on cadence

Weekly working sessions on the numbers, daily automated intelligence, pre-agreed decision rules. You always know what's running, what it costs, and what happens next.

4

Compound

Every experiment's result, every correction, every expert input gets encoded into the system. Month six runs on everything month one learned.

Bring your current numbers to a strategy call — or bring the fact that you can't easily get them. Both tell us where to start.
